These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NextJoiner website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
NextJoiner provides a curated directory of job opportunities and related content. We verify listings based on our internal processes, but we do not guarantee that any role is available at the time you apply, that an employer will respond, or that you will be hired. Employers and third-party websites control the application process.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, or security measures.
- Copy, scrape, harvest, or redistribute content in bulk without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
- Upload malware or attempt to reverse engineer the Service.
5. Pro Plan and Payments
NextJoiner may offer paid features ("Pro"). Pricing and plan details are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes.
5.1 One time lifetime access
Unless otherwise stated, Pro is sold as a one time payment that provides lifetime access to Pro features for the account used at purchase. It is not a recurring subscription.
5.2 No cancellations
Because the purchase is one time and not recurring, there is nothing to cancel.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Purchases are final and non refundable by default. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, which allows exceptions only for verified damage or where required by law.
6. Third Party Links and Employer Sites
The Service may link to third-party websites (including employer career pages and application portals). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by NextJoiner or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content except as permitted by law or with written permission.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We aim to keep the Service reliable, but availability is not guaranteed and may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not guarantee job availability, employer responses, or hiring outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextJoiner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
