Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on NextJoiner. NextJoiner Pro is a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to Pro features for the account used at checkout.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after 14 days will not be approved.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@nextjoiner.com using the same email address you used to purchase, and include:

• Your account email
• Your order reference or receipt information
• The date of purchase

3. Effect of a refund

If a refund is approved and processed, your Pro access will be revoked for the refunded account.
